Great timber lies unused, a wasted share,
For without rule and line, none builds with flair.

Interpretation
The trees of Niu Mountain are ever beautiful, but the woodsmen with their axes have cut them all down. Though there may be great timber, it becomes useless when it doesn't meet proper measurements and cannot be made into boats. Those who draw this sign should restrain all indulgences and guard against petty people exploiting their weaknesses. One must follow rules and discipline - current improper conduct and disregard for standards will ultimately lead to futility. What a pity! This is a sign of fortune mixed with misfortune; beware of harm from malicious individuals.
