Scope
This policy applies to the paid deep reading service on lingcim.com. Free services are not subject to refunds.
Refund conditions
If you did not receive a deep reading result after payment, or the result has obvious technical errors (e.g. blank content, garbled text), you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds do not apply in the following cases: dissatisfaction with reading content (readings are reference-based and vary by individual); the reading result has been successfully viewed; the request is made more than 48 hours after payment.
Refund process
Send your question description and payment time to the email below. We will process your request within 3 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
